The mission of the Westside Association
for Community Action ( WACA ) is to sustain
and perpetuate a multi-service community based
network, strengthen family ties, develope collaborative
partnerships with other neighborhood groups, expand
local, state and national networks of community
based providers committed to working with
at-risk youth to provide a positive alternative
to youth incarceration.
